We reserve the right to refuse any order or enquiry and to cancel without notice for any reason.
When placing the order, we make every effort to complete the order but sometimes things can go wrong and we will refund in full.
We have the right to remove, change, alter the stock prices and description of any item without notice.
We have the right to change our terms and conditions of sale without prior notice.
We are the sole owners of the intellectual property on this website and any other written electronic communications. We own the copyright to all our photos on both this site and eBay and Amazon UK. Also, any photos on Facebook.
Our masks are all supplied from the original manufactures and we only sell licenced products. We will defend through legal action any type of copyright infringement on our supplier’s behalf. We are happy to work with you if you would like authority to use the mask or prop for commercial use.
Misuse of our products.
We want all our customers to enjoy the products we sell and we promote the proper use of them. We accept no liability for the misuse of our products in the commotion of any crime. We store all the sales information and will not hesitate to pass this to law enforcement if requested.

Gas Masks and Military Props
All our gas masks and military props are sold as costume or collectors items and not working military equipment. We take no liability for its use in any way and you purchase at your own risk. The items are not toys and as such not suitable for persons under 18.

Terms and conditions of sale
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website.
This website is owned and operated Masks-Direct UK. In conjunction with PPFX UK.
By placing an order with Masks-Direct.UK you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, please contact us before placing your order.
To order a product, we must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. All prices on the Fancy Dress website are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20% but exclusive of delivery costs. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU), VAT will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice. If your order is being dispatched to a country which is a member state of the EU, the total price will include VAT at the current rate.
Please note that Masks-Direct UK has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. If you want to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by email within those seven days. Once you have notified us, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided you have returned the relevant goods to us in perfect condition, complete with all original tags and packaging. You must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 30 days of being received by you. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We are happy to replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. We can only replace faulty items for the same item in the same size.
If you do not wish to accept a replacement for a faulty item, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note that refunds to credit cards/ PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to your bank’s refund regulations. When sending items back to Fancy Dress you must obtain proof of postage.
Returns received outside the above timeframes will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU).
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under the preceding clause and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question if returned within seven days of receipt.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorise us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relates to and identifies you to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through our website. We will not sell your information to outside companies.
Accuracy of content
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system you are using.
Ownership of rights
You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
