Shipping & Dispatch
We ship within 24-48 hours from the time the order is complete and the payment is confirmed.
We only despatch to the address registered with your credit card or PayPal account.
All our items are well packed into a plain mail sack or box for your security and discretion.
Shipping Cost
We don’t make money on shipping so we only charge the postage we pay.
UK shipping
Shipping is done on working days only and we need one day for picking and packing.

Please note the above prices are for a standard mask (500 Grams). All other items such as props and silicone masks will require other shipping options and we use DHL, UPS and Royal Mail Parcel Force.

Tracking and Delivery
We will supply tracking on all items and this is also supplied to your PayPal account.
All Items are shipped tracked and we hold the shipping information for 1 year after delivery.
Once the item has been signed for at your chosen address we consider the item delivered and this ends our legal obligation to you.
If you do not collect the item and it is returned to us, you will be liable for the cost to reship it to you.
Should you make a PayPal claim or credit card charge back we will supply this information in our defence.
Loss Or Damage
If your item is lost, we will replace and pursue the shipping agent to recover the cost. All our shipment carry the relevant cover for loss or damage.
We will not resend the item to the same address until it’s confirmed.
